Was hat dieses "totgeblitze Mädel" denn bitte mit Available Light zu tun?
Das ist natural light. Ich hab keine Blitz genutzt.
Sie sollten nicht sagen, was Sie nicht wissen.

OK, dann lag die Perle halt im strahlenden Sonnenschein.
Mit "Available Light" hat das Foto jedenfalls rein gar nichts zu tun.
Du solltest Deinen Beitrag daher aus diesem Thread löschen.

mir ging es nicht anders. Tausendmal, bei schönstem Licht dran vorbei gefahren, bis ich es endlich mal geschafft habe.
Es sollte dich trotzdem nicht davon abhalten, es selbst zu machen.

Nur hat es leider m.M.n. nichts mit Available Light, zumindest nach der Intention dieses Threads, zu tun. Bei 2,5 s, f/8 und Iso ist das eine schöne Langzeitbelichtung, aber kein AVL. Das letzte Bild hingegen ist ein gutes Beispiel dafür.

Du hast überhaupt nichts falsch verstanden. Nur ist es hier leider so, dass es eine sehr einseitige Definition von Available Light gibt, die nicht unbedingt richtig sein muss.
Wikipedia schreibt dazu:
"In photography and cinematography, available light or ambient light refers to any source of light that is not explicitly supplied by the photographer for the purpose of taking photos. The term usually refers to sources of light that are already available naturally (e.g. the sun, moon, lightning) or artificial light already being used (e.g. to light a room).[1] It generally excludes flashes, although arguably flash lighting provided by other photographers shooting simultaneously in the same space could be considered available light. Light sources that affect the scene and are included in the actual frame are called practical light sources, or simply practicals.[2]
The use of available light may pose a challenge for a photographer. The brightness and direction of the light is often not adjustable, except perhaps for indoor lighting. This will limit the selection of shutter speeds, and may require the use of shades or reflectors to manipulate the light. It can also influence the time, location, and even orientation of the photo shoot to obtain the desired lighting conditions. Available light can often also produce a color cast with color photography.
Example of use of available light early in early 20th century photography
Levels of ambient light are most frequently considered relative to additional lighting used as fill light, in which case the ambient light is normally treated as the key light. In some cases, ambient light may be used as a fill, in which case additional lighting provides the stronger light source, for example in bounce flash photography. The relative intensity of ambient light and fill light is known as the lighting ratio, an important factor in calculating contrast in the finished image."

Demgegenüber wird hier (teilweise) die Auffassung vertreten, Available Light Photography werde (a) durch offene Blende, (b) durch kurze Verschlusszeiten und (c) durch die Nichtverwendung von Stativen o.ä. Hilfsmitteln gekennzeichnet, die den Fotografen dabei unterstützen, die Kamera bei längeren Verschlusszeiten ruhig zu halten. Lies Dir die ersten Postings in diesem Thread durch, dann weißt Du, was die ursprüngliche Intention des Threads war. Leider ist der Thread dann später "abgebogen" und hat eine andere "Intention" bekommen, was schade ist.
Mir gefällt Dein Bild. Es gehört fraglos zur Kategorie der "schönen Bilder", die nach (ursprünglicher) Ansicht des TE die "Hauptsache" sein sollten.
