Now, now high-ranking managers have expressed themselves for the first time to the known problems in Japan. Therefore, the focus of the company should be put in future on the development of middle class and professionals reflecting reflex cameras as well as system cameras without mirrors.
Yahoo of Japan continues that Nikon will presumably give up the business with compact cameras. Like everybody cameras without mirror of the manufacturer expect for some time. These should be already understood in the development. Nevertheless, factory closing should not be planned according to Yahoo.
