die Blender-Community arbeitet sehr aktiv auf vielen Seiten zugleich. ... Die Arbeit an der Version 6 - sie ist im Gange - (vgl. den Videobeitrag unten). Traditionell ist im September die Zeit für die Blenderkonferenz.

BCON26, the largest gathering of Blender artists, developers and contributors will take place on September 23-25, 2026 at the Felix Meritis in the heart of Amsterdam.
Included in the ticket price are drinks and food: coffee, tea and water available all day, multiple lunch buffets, and Wednesday and Thursday evening dinner buffets with drinks. Half of the food served will be vegan.

Four tracks of parallel events
The Felix Meritis venue offers 4 tracks of parallel events and a lot of space for informal meetings and hangout. As usual, content will be recorded and shared online during the event.
A dedicated 12-people meeting room will be available as well. Reservations for the room will be accepted 2 weeks before the conference starts.

Doors open at 9:00 every day.
Program starts
Wednesday: 11:00
Thursday-Friday: 10:00
Catering: All included in the ticket price (three lunches and two evening buffets).
Suzanne Awards: Wednesday there will be two screenings of the Suzanne Awards, lasting until 22:00.
Friday the program stops at 18:00, venue closes at 19:30.
