Ich habe mich an das Management von SmugMug gewandt, ob denn sichergestellt ist, dass sich das Dropbox-Debakel nicht z.B. mit ihrer Plattform wiederholt. Ich habe diese Antwort erhalten, die so nicht auf der Website von SmugMug steht:Welche umsetzbare Lösung bzw. Ich persönlich liebe, nutze und empfehle SmugMug und zeige hier in NFF fast nur per SmugMug verlinkte Fotos. Da gab es auch noch nie ein Problem. Mir war es aber wichtig, hierfür auch eine Zusicherung vom Management zu erhalten, bevor ich hier im NFF Forum eine Empfehlung dafür abgebe.Ben MacAskill (SmugMug VP of Operations) schrieb:We’ve built the entire platform and company on the idea of sharing your photos with the world, or specific individuals and groups you want. Und um auch dies klarzustellen: sollte das Verlinken von SmugMug-Fotos hierher einmal nicht mehr gehen, weil Klaus alle Fotos in eigenen Galerien möchte, so wären ich und mein Content hier weg. Allein das "Nachdenken" über eine solche Option hat mich stark verunsichert, muss ich sagen ...
