Für Nikon Kameras hab ich auch noch eine andere Freeware gefunden:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/nikoncapture/
nicht so umfangreich wie Camera Control aber dafür kostenlos.
Guten Rutsch
...leider nur guter Fernauslöserprogramm, sonst siehe Text:
Nikon Capture Free V1.0
This program is freeware. You are free to modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public License.
How to Use:
1. Connect your camera to the computer.
2. Start the program and select your camera. (if you start the program first it will tell you that no device is connected. Just select 'Change Device' from the File menu and select your camera.)
3. Select the options you want for doing time lapse photography. Alternatively, you can just take a single picture by clicking
'Take a Picture'.
4. Make sure to select where you want the pictures saved. The 'Name for set' box allows you to type in a name to precede the number of the photos.
5. Click the 'Start' button to start taking pictures. Press stop at any time to stop the process. NOTE:there is no resume ability.
IMPORTANT!:
The offset menu is there to help keep timing correct. The reason for this is that when transferring the photo from the camera to the computer, the program cannot do anything else, and as such the timing can get off. What you need to do is click on 'Take a Picture' and time how long it takes for the picture to show up. That is how long the offset should be. NOTE: The default is 2 seconds as this is the time it takes for the Nikon D40 to transfer the picture. You need to set this every time you run the program.
Other things to note:
-
ONLY JPEG!!! This program will not work with raw files! Sorry.
-It's a good idea to plug in your camera if possible since it will be constantly on when plugged into the computer.
-PLEASE make sure the camera can focus well where it's pointed (don't point it at a plain single color wall). If the camera cannot focus to take a picture, it will send an error back to the computer and pause your time lapse. You could also just manually focus your camera so that it's not an issue.

Thanks and Enjoy!
